There is no broth to soak the rice and give flavor to the dish? It just looks like a bunch of vegies sauted and being eaten with that dry sticky rice like a deer eating grass in the jungle. At least the chicken and kimchi has some flavor profile. Else the rest is just a heavy dose of sesame oil. Nothing special about making ten different things in ten different pans and putting it in a bowl without creating a specific flavor profile. Saute vegies in sesame oil then fry eggs in butter. who the hell comes up with all this.

I found one other comment among many talking about the knife and fork. Does no one else find that strange? I did. All I need to eat bibimbap with is a spoon. It does still look tasty though. Just less sesame oil and a bit of gochujang. Also, some garlic on the spinach would be good. LOL

Little Korean secret, instead of using brown sugar, use 1/4 can of Cola or Pepsi, the carbonation softens the meat quicker (thats my mom does for bulgogi. I would also replace the carrots for beansprouts, and add a dollop of red pepper paste on top of the cucumbers.

If you want good bibimbap (and korean recipes in general) go watch maangchi, not this. Tastys foreign food is rarely accurate. Was disappointed as heck when i saw the sushi vid. Watch someone who actually knows what theyre doing.

I would Love to make this, but someone put the card for diet recipes right at the 0: 12 mark and covered a few of the first ingredients. Its hard to do this if you cant read the recipe ingredients. Still love what you do.

Im Korean and that is too much oil and butter. and it will be better if you boil the spinach in slat water and drain completely. And most importantly, the gochujang (=) IT DEPENDS THE TASTE OF THE BIBIMBAB

The best way to enjoy bibimbap is put every leftovers in your fridge(and rice)to giant bowl and add a huge spoonful of GOCHU-JANG and mix it up. The best time to enjoy it; after midnight.
