Just fyi if youre out here tryna lose weight youre gonna want to forego the olive oil. A tablespoon has over 150cal, and they were adding 1/4th to half a cup to some recipes. (1/4th cup having 477cal and half a cup having 955cal. Even if youre not eating the salad in one go thats still a lot of oil and the average person isnt gonna try and calculate how many calories are in their serving

10/10 recommend the second salad I just made it and it was very good, although I did alter the dressing. I added a little honey, garlic powder, chilli and paprika, taco seasoning for some reason, juice from half a lemon, and salt and pepper. And I added corn to the salad. Im gonna have a nice solid shit later

Its very likely that the ppl watching this Do Not like veggies. so replacing lettuce with things like Cauliflower or Onions might just be an even Worse approach on how to eat lettuceless salads lol. This channels obsession with cumin is absolutely ridiculous. It is not a spice that should be used on vegetables. Its too strong for that. Generally speaking, its not a spice to be used on anything except Indian food.

When u make tahini u dont add oil. Tahini is oil base. What a Moran? And are you trying to make this video look good but the chickpeas are still raw. The Recipes are all bad

I hate lettuce so I tend to avoid salads and these recipes are perfect for me. I dont eat enough veggies as I should so these recipes give me lots of ideas.
