I would buy lamb if I could find some that was not imported from New Zealand. The only lamb my local supermarket carries is from New Zealand and they dont carry a very big selection of cuts.

Everything is nice except briyani. Dont say briyani its a lamb gravy with white rice. And basmati rice is not suitable for briyani.
