The Tastiest Burger Ive Ever Made Alex Saunders: A mouth-watering burger recipe: Cameralize WHITE onions for about 30 minutes. Next, get 10% pork 50% chuck and 40% sirloin. After that, you want to mix it together and form a 6 onz patty and then put a generous amount of salt and pepper on it. On a cast iron, get up to high heat and flip it after 3 minutes and put your beautiful english chedar cheese or applewood on your patty. Cook for about 2-3 more minutes and TA-DAFor the bun you need brioche buns and need to melt butter to brush onto the buns, and then toast it on the pan you cooked your burger in. When everything is done, cook two strips of bacon to put on your burger. Next you assemble, put BBQ sauce, ketchup and mayo on BOTH buns, after you do that, put the onions on and then butter lettuce. Next put the patty on and then put your beautiful tomatos on. The second to last step is to put the bacon on and THEN salt and pepper Try the recipe its really good

Wrong make mine its a Mediterranean turkey burger with lettuce tomato, grilled onions and Ezekiel bread. Course you got to buy organic mayonnaise to put on your bread. Dont forget to steam the burger and then Grill the burger so juices stay inside. P. S. Make sure your turkey burger meat stays in the fridge. I never thought it was a good recipe but I made it for some friends and they absolutely loved it=)thank you Biola students for helping me to know that my cooking is not bad=)

well my burger just starts of as a really thick, wide kind of square shaper, season genoroussly with salt, pepper, and a bbq spice called butt rub (its usually used on pork shoulder aka boston butt) and pan fry in a bit of veggtable or canola oil with a lid until it no longer releases pinkish fat when smashed, put a peice of cheese while its still in the pan and put on a plain bottom bun and top with a ketchup slathered top bun

Banging burger recipe: Soft kaiser roll, buttered and toasted Sauce: 20% thick sweet chili sauce, 60% mayonnaise, 10% yellow mustard and lastly a 10% fresh sauce like a caesar dressing80/20 ground beef, seasoned with salt and pepper. 2/3 minutes a side in hot cast Iron. Cheddar and provolone cheese Butter lettuce Caramelized onionSweet pickless

When you smash the burger, make sure the cast iron is completely DRY. The meat will stick and youll achieve a perfect even sear, giving it a nice crunch while retaining the juiciness. Add the butter or oil after its sticking if you want, but the fat in the meat will melt out giving it something to fry in.

I use a toasted sesame bun, ketchup, matthews sauce, lettuce, tomato, 150 g burger with cheese on (I season my burger with garlic powder, salt, pepper and chilli flakes, bacon and my special toasted onion slices
