Sorry guys, that's not how we do the ackee. Too much red and green pepper. Jamaicans love a lot of ackee not that barely seeable ackee that's in that dish. Beautiful tho.

I could tell you one thing as a Jamaican, my mother would always buy the pre-made bammy and the salt fish was already prepared. but it still tastes good
