Can We Make A Dish Without Knowing The Ingredients? Rogue Wolf: My husband came in and thought I was going a LITTLE NUTS because I WAS alone. sooo. I was loudly saying hints & synonyms for the words she couldnt say He is actually a chef but prefers making desserts to anything else. So I actually tend to do the rest of the cooking. Also he cooks/preps all day at work so really doesnt want to come home & do it even MORE. You know? He will make one large dessert (like cake/pie) or a large batch of smaller desserts (like cookies/truffles/etc) for us to eat some of all week. He WILL show me how to make new dishes or at least how to properly do certain steps of recipes I want to try. The past 6 months my health hasnt been very good so we have been eating a lot of food I can make in BULK (soups/stews/casseroles/etc and eat on for a few days. Or I make dishes where I can use the excess of one ingredient in the next one. Like Ill bake 2 whole chickens at once and use the excess chicken in a soup, pasta sauce, tacos, etc. He also will help me PREP ingredients on his 2 days off per week (rarely off 2 days in a row) so its easier for me to cook during the rest of the week. So group effort really.

Im sorry but how could Rie not tell it was chicken piccatta by the end of the dish? Thats one basic dish that most cooks should know off the top of their head. Not trying to be harsh but if you are on a channel about food you should know some of the basics like picatta.

Love how the references to oilve oil include Italy and not Spain, its a shame people dont know Italy buys off the olive oil from spain and just slap their origin certificate on it. Cheers

People have body issues often because they wear cut offs like these when theyre heavy sets. Have a thicker skin if you wanna show off your tummy when youre not skinny.
