Everytime you post a lump of pasta like this one calling it improperly carbonara, theres at least one Italian somewhere dying in excruciating pain and a whole bunch of ancestors crawling. What the heck are u doing guys?

I like one pot recipes because I don't have a dishwasher, I also like simple recipes for the week days because I don't have the energy to make something complicated. No dishwasher and no energy = I might try this.

Just because there is only one pot involved doesnt mean you can ruin Carbonara. You dont need cream, or chicken broth, or garlic. Carbonara is simple. Dont complicate it

Don't put egg yolks under too high temperature: ) Try to slow cook them making a sauce, I make pasta and sauce separately and it's better but I use less bacon in my recipe
