Ries Favorite Japanese Noodle Dishes TheGamingBeluga: Hello my name is Nicholas. My birthday is coming up on September 11th. I am turning 16. My favorite food is burritos or boneless buffalo wings. I would love it if you can make me a big ass burrito. I live in Calabasas CA. If you live in another state or somewhere else my parents own a jet and we could fly there. If you ever want to come out here for the video you can cook at our home. We have a kitchen designed after Gordon Ramsays home kitchen. I am Chef myself. PS: I love your videos

The first time I had REAL ramen I felt so disapointed. It was expensive, but tasted really weird Almost soapy like tbh, and really sweet for some weird reason. The dumplings we had were kinda off tasting too, really bland. I really do want to try it again, if I can find a place near my town besides the one we went to. I feel like that was a one time mess-up. But also wonder if anyone has ever tasted a ramen that seemed to be the same flavor as the one I had?

Udon has always been my favorite Japanese noodles besides ramen. I had kitsune udon before and I never stopped loving udon ever since. I made one with with beef, oyster mushrooms, and oyster sauce then I topped it with bean sprouts, spring onions, and raw egg. Tasted so gooooood

I love Rie. Shes knowledgeable and sweet. But Koreans have a very well known pork kimchee dish that can be put on noodles or rice. So that fusion ramen with kimchee dish she is referring to is actually a Korean dish. Japanese may think they have invented it but they havent.

The bacon looks anaemic and awful, its not fried or cooked it just looks boiled. All the dishes seem to be toss some ingredients in a pan move around a little and then add noodles and serve, nothing seems to be cooked properly

What do the Japanese characters/symbols mean? For example, grated ginger has a character next to it. Does that mean tsp? Tbsp? Can you tell us what the symbols mean individually so we can follow the recipe? Thank you.
