You DONT needs eggs to bind ground meat. They DONT actually bind. This is why the recipes call for BREAD CRUMBS. Using eggs is a unfounded folk addition. One egg adds enough cholesterol and sat fat to be concerned about, bexause the meat itself is high in fat and likely high in cholesterol. To properly use bread crumbs in ground meat, flick some water off your finger tips into the meat until it is pretty moist, add and mix everything but the crumbs. Then add the crumbs until you have a realtively firm texture overall. The crumbs will hold the meat together, maintain moisture, and make a smoother texture. I have been a Pro Gourmet Chef for 40 years, trust me.

Is it just me or do some of you guys have a fear of weight gain. Im 13 and I have a BMI of 18. 9 and Im 97. 2lbs. They say I should gain weight but I dont want to cause I dont wanna look bad. Who else had this problem

hello Tasty, zzzzzzzzzz meatballs looks tasty its awesome how many recipes you can do with ground beef or chicken. I would add more cheese. to that sauce.
