Alvin I dare you to make a dish called enchilada pie. It s not a dessert it s a dinner item just for clarification. Al it is is tortillas, mole(Chile sauce that s not spicy, corn, ground beef, and cheese. First you make the mole sauce then dip a tortillas in the sauce then put it in a pan that s deep idkwhat it s called sry. You then put the beef on top of that. Then corn on top of that. Then you put cheese on that. And then tortillas dipped in mole. Do that till almost at the top of the pan. Then put it in the oven for a couple hours. Btw you have to cook the corn in a pot. It can be canned or right off the cob. You also have to cook the ground beef. And that s how you make enchilada pie. Hope ur up for the challenge

So yes it's safe to eat. for some! Some people are sensitive to msg and experience symptoms. Just like gluten is safe to eat for some, but some people are gluten sensitive. Also, salt is not bad for you. Please read The Salt Fix by Dr. James DiNicolantonio. Very informative. I advise some of you to season your food with Redmond's Real Salt.

If you like MSG use it, if you are afraid or unsure of it, use Curry powder, no stress. Mild curry powder FIXES everything and smells so amazing as well.
