Trendy Vs. Traditional: Burgers Ross Carlson: So many mistakes on the traditional- Always use brioche buns - thank me later- Never 2 slices of cheese, WAY too much- NEVER crisscross the bacon, side by side or you get a huge bit in the middle and nothing on the edges- NEVER red onion, always white or better sweet yellow- WAY too thick a patty, how big is this guy's mouth? - And really, a meat thermometer? I'd bet it's over cooked for sure. (wrote that before I saw them cut them - and yep)If you try one of these use brioche buns - they will seriously take your burger to the next level.

I couldn't truly enjoy this video because Chris looks identical to my stalker ex boyfriend that continues to stalk me 10 years after we broke up. Acts like him too which made it worse.

Chris is not wrong, the bacon on it means it's a surefire winner for me. Plus it just looks good. It looks like everything a burger should be.
