Sleeping with sheets or clothes on isn't the way to stay cool. I know in the video you can't really be in your boxers but you had a sheet on you of course you would be hot take the damn sheet off.

Nothing helps in extreme humid temperature except AC. Hope tip with stand fan helps but my guess is ice will melt in max 20 min in my city. I have to try.
