Color mixing takes a lot of practice and time - which means having patience! Bring forth your inner patience and your color mixing will improve. It's all about feeling, so whatever feels right to you is what you should do!

thanks for this info, very helpful. I actually am one of those who buys the different colours instead of mixing, I think your way is much better because you are putting in your tones ans values. I use ivoru black and yellow to make a foilage green. anyway, I still like ur brushes, I bought so many dif. ones, for some reason Ii like the way yours work, I see that you dont have to smooth out brush stokes. what colours do you use for the sky mix. in terms of blue?

can you do some more videos about color theory. I know the color wheel and know how to blend and mix colors but I feel like something is missing when it comes to the final painting like maybe im not using the colors in the right spot? I don't know how to describe it lol sorry. but ya I love the videos man keep it up!

I watch video about artist talking about how light played off dust in air. He show how to work that in to a painting by using baby steps on colours. This video of Brandon make me think and I like that.

Hey Brandon! Thank you so much for all the videos! As I-m not a native english speaker, I couldn-t figure out how your second blue is called. Could you spell it out for me? Thank you!
