hey Stan! I heard in this one podcast that you used to do karate. I'm guessing is it shotokan karate. See I am a artist and I used to do karate as well. I used to do a full contact so we emphasize more on kumite and real fights. I have an question when you said practice slowly does that mean practice smart and effectively. If so will you do an video regarding to the tips on practicing art effectively? Thank you!

Man, when I think that there are people like 8 years younger than me working at Disney, feels like its too late to get into art as a career lol. How can you ever catch up to people like that.
