How to Drill a Drain Hole in Glass
video description
Great production and love the background. Just a safety suggestion: gloves and glasses. And smoothing the edge of hole with finest grain sandpaper, 220 and wiping it off with paper towel to throw away is a good before touching the hole, no glass splinters. Thanks so much

Thank you for making this video. I'm curious if the drill has to be in the 'hammer' setting or if 'regular' setting is fine? Thank you again, and I like the final result with the succulents!

If I don't have access to a drill, and have to resort to planting succulents in a container without drainage, will silica gel be a good substitute for charcoal?

Hi! Got a question. I just got some drill bits for glass and tile and they do not look like the one you used. They are a hex shank. Will that still work?

Wondering if brand of diamond bit matters as to performance and durability. Also doesn't glass heat up and cook the roots if using for outside?

Not sure if you read the comments on these old videos but, you sped up the video - do you remember how long it took to complete the drilling?

Hi!
My drill is not cordless.
Am I able to still use water with it?
That just makes me nervous haha
Thank you!

Don't forget to use your safety glasses to protect your eyes, and maybe gloves to protect your hands in case the glass breaks?
