The kit says soak the seeds in HOT water but everyone else is doing WARM water. Also are you supposed to keep the temperature warm for the seeds throughout the soaking period or just let it sit in a cup for the required time and if it cools its ok?

I have bought the berry and herb one before and love them! I haven't had good luck with the berry one, but loved the herb one. I really, really want to try the herbal tea and the bonsai kits!
