Creating a Festive Wreath with Natural Materials! Garden Answer Lisa: You know, I have little experience in decorating, any time i have tried to use magnolia, I have always wanted/tried to only display the green glossy side, ending in disappointment. The way you have utilized magnolia in the wreath and around your fire place is magnificent, not fighting the natural of the magnolia, the natural color and beauty of both sides of the leaves. I thank you for helping me see past my blocked view of the value and classy beauty of both sides of the magnolia leaf. November 2021.

I'm so excited! I watched your video and several others of yours. Yesterday I made my first wreath and it came out really nice. Thank you for your wonderful videos. Your teaching style and explanation are really easy to follow and I was able to soak up all of the info. Insert emoji - smile, hug, orange, pinecone, tree, fall leaves and a red heart.

My wreath came out uneven, becoming thicker and fuller as I progressed. By the time I was done, I saw how skimpy the cuttings were on the side of the wreath where I began. Is there any way to fix this by wiring in more cuttings?

that is a really gorgeous wreath! you have a natural ability for balance and texture. Good call on leaving the lotus off. it didn't need it. The only thing i'd do different is not use any hot glue so that it could be easily composted

3: 04 Love the cat cameo appearance. The joys of youtubing, always a cat that wants in right after you start filming. LOL Love the candle in the wreath. Can I move in with your chickens?

That is absolutely beautiful! I will be making one of these sometime soon. I love how simple it is and I love all the natural things that you can just collect from your yard or garden. Thanks for sharing!

Doing a holiday wreath every year is not too much! Its a holiday tradition. Like baking cookies, decorating a gingerbread house, putting up a tree, having a bonfire. We never get tired of those things.

what a great instructional video. I just made a bunch of grapevine wreaths from my grapes and wanted to figure out how to decorate them. I shall go foraging for all the goodies this weekend
