Can't wait to see your lovely garden continue to grow! I planted several colors of QIS Gomphrena from plugs a couple weeks ago. they are growing slowly--maybe they need the heat again!
By the way, every time I hear you talk, I wonder where you came from originally. I think your accent reminds me a little of Wisconsin, but not completely? I am not native to Lancaster County, though I have lived here almost 1/2 of my life (just turned 40)--I am from WA state. I am kind of a mix, since I have picked up some of the Dutch-y accent from my Hubby! For the first years I lived here, people thought that my WA accent was funny, and when I visited WA then they thought my PA accent was funny! Accents are such a beautiful, fun, fascinating part of who we are! I love to hear yours! Many Happy Blooms! --Sarah

Hi Danielle, thanks for your video. I'm growing the QIS Fiery Sunrise blend for the first time, but mine are still much smaller than yours. Can you give some tips as to how you started them? I started mine in peat pellets and then potted into a 4- pot. Thanks so much.

I love them. I always look for these every spring. This year I-m gonna try and make a wreath out of it during fall. The bees are always all over them too. Would love to see you make a video about how to make a flower arrangement from your garden.

Love gomphrena. Have grown it from seed many times. It just blooms and blooms through the whole season. It is awesome that you are making others aware of this great annual.

Do you pinch the gomphrena at all? Right now mine at about 1. 5 feet tall and still under my lights because it-s too cold to put out yet ( zone 3.

I love globe amaranth as well! I grew them for the first time last year and they are definitely a staple for the garden from now on
