Hell you ought to write a book, like some kind of a modern day Thoreau. Not kidding, you come out with some pearls of wisdom from time to time. Like most of your viewers, I like and admire what you are doing and the course you have set for your life. It is not the same as mine, but then, I sometimes wonder what I am doing here on this course of mine. Love the videos; I do not watch TV so this is my entertainment and usually the high point of my day.

I like how you give credit to those folks that give you a helping hand. True good hearted Canadian. And i fully agree with the whole self sustaining life. Not just the log cabin. My husband and i both are very much into this lifestyle and love hard work. This is helping us both learn alot. Thanks so much for these videos it means alot! Cheers from Newbrunswick Canada!

I Need Dog like your's. I hate stripping the bark. Arthritis makes it Less fun. A De-Barking Dog is worth its weight in Gold.

How do you get permission to build out there? OR How do you not run into trouble if you don't have permission? I'd love to go live in the woods, but I've got to keep it local. I've never even seen snow before and I'd die where you are.

such a smart dog watching in awe when daddy is breaking and debarking those big 'sticks' and she picked up on what needs to be done right away. Since Cali has been helping you out a lot she deserves a log cabin of her own. :)
