Wow 6000, thats what you need. im getting another big one. soon. if i do there wont be fuel to buy, i got 3 generators. i been using one since 2016. Solar is much better, but there are no sun days here. Been waiting on a video Shawn. its been awhile. hope everything is ok. i no its summer time. i love the heat. man that room looks heavy duty. you sure no how to build. was this design out of a book. or just your head. that is a real dam floor. haa looks like you been milling boards. hope you got enough nails. great video Shawn as always

I don't really know your full vision for your kitchen, but as we all got a zoomed out shot at the end of the video, I was thinking, if you built some frames and stretched mosquito net fabric on them and fitted them around the top of the railing you built, you could make it to where you could take them off or put them back on whenever you wanted, but what do I know? You are a great builder and you will finish it out nicely. I LOVE your cabin! You definitely have a reason to be proud of all of the hard work you've done.

Violence or free agressivity like this is anti sport. Sports originally were practiced with a high sense of humanism.
Athletes from Athens were about mastering their arts and maintaining it the longer by the culture of good food, mainly by what
they called; Agappe ( as a feast of only good and pure food elements) From a middle distance runner.

Shawn it was great to see you take some time to be with your friends and get some fishing in. Yet when I watch watch you work endlessly on the cabin and other projects you seem just as enthusiastic and enjoy it just as much.
I know you've built other small cabins growing up and I was wondering if building these projects is an extention of your other hobbies fishing, hunting etc.

It's looking good Shawn. Good to see you're all doing alright enough. Interesting how you built that outdoor kitchen different and figured out how to do a good floor for it. Could you be getting matching roofing for it to match the Cabin? Won't be long before that's done. Before you know it, it will all be done and you'll have alot more time for Fishing and Hunting and stuff.

Really incredible property. .Here's a no doubt welcome (Not) suggestion. As I recall, there's h2o below the breezeway. .put the bath off the North breezeway wall. you'll have h2o for bath & kitchen (s) & have a gorgeous large main room with expandable dining in the cabin. sorry. can't help it. the main cabin is beautiful & perfect for kids & family gatherings that way.

Shawn, you are like a time machine. This is how my grandparents built their homestead a century ago in northern Wisconsin. A one room cabin, later adding on, a barn for about 10 dairy cows, 2 horses to bring in the hay, a huge garden and plenty of venison. Early on there was no electricity. All kerosene lanterns and a wood stove. Thank you for taking us back. Cheers.

Over 17 million hectarres burnt so far i heard its only half way done. Also it would seem most of the fires are being started on purpose sattle images showing fires starting across canada at the same time exactly the same time. we had the smoke from canada here in wales turn the sky orange

Ah, you're building the floor down at ground level. I thought you were gonna make it level with the cabin floor, and you were putting the walls up on the kitchen to put the floor joists on, lol. Anyway, the kitchen is coming along nicely. Also, hope Emily gets well soon.

Plant lots of Lavender for landscaped decor. It's also a natural mosquito repellent, but aesthetically and aromatically pleasing. Just a thought. I grows well in Boreal Forest environments. I live in Sweden and it does fantastic for everyone here. Very popular plant here.
