we examine in biological detail how to properly prepare a nuisance wild raccoon which was provided to me by a farmer, in a way that makes it palatable. Here, we show and discuss, in graphic detail, how to skin, de-gland (remove scent glands that create an off-flavor) and then marinate overnight. Next we turn the wild nuisance raccoon into a stew for a delectable traditional meal. Skip to 4: 28 for NEW, never before seen take on eating wild game (rant. Haha. I don't mind a bit of blood & guts or fluff for that matter, nothing like a bit of reality for a great youtube video, I will admit I prefer the other video more. lol. -Mentally Paletable-. what a fantastic way to put it Jeremy. LOL

I-ve been a city boy and eaten only processed meats my whole life and your videos inspire me to go out, Hunt and eat some wild game. If you just think about it, it-s far more humane to do this than getting processed meats.
