Hey man huge fan! I noticed during this episode and during your series this year with Bob Hansler complaining about hunger and balance diet. I know its next to impossible to get all the nutrients you need in the wild on survival challenges etc and sorry. this may be weird but also, just looking out. Since you do survival challenges, eat different types of meat and drink water (s) even know boiled. Have you ever had your stools checked for ova/parasites? The others like salm/e. coli/shiga wouldn't be likely unless your sick/symptomatic, but the others could be a real possibility. Anyhow, love your content and am having fun catching up on it all.

Some of my fondest memories are of days spent fishing for -brookies-. At the same time, my friends and I would laugh about how we were excited to get out and face the hoards of ever-present mosquitoes, flies, bees, etc, as well as fighting all the bushes, trees, and always abundant snags just to land a few of them. Then once we would clean our day's catch and cook these desirable pan-size fish, the memory of all the trouble we went through to get them goes out the window.
This is a wonderful video. I am happy to have experienced numerous days like this in my lifetime. I applaud you my friend for your respect of nature, and all it brings to us.

I can now but it is a ton of work. you can also use pine pitch instead of super glue but it does get damaged with to much water
