This is what I like about the US. If the city own it that means its public and the people own it because we pay for it with taxes. Or at least that's how it should be but, we have authoritarians in office also who thinks that -we the people- means only the government. let me get this right. you have to go to court for not breaking any laws. what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty. meaning they can write you a ticket for doing something legal. oh i forgot. you have a socialist government that likes total control.

Well done Guys some beautiful fish, A successful trip all round and police encounter was handled well. Unfortunately sometimes it's up to us to to explain the law to the people enforcing it so they don't break one themselves.
