I am not a outdoors type guy by any means but I have watched your videos for a bit of time now. I am usually stunned by the things you are actually eating and that is why I tune in.
On a normal day, I can count on seeing or hearing something that makes me feel troubled for where the human race is seemingly on the brink of any time in the future.
This is not just a video to me. it is a sign of hope and it makes me feel optimistic to see I am not the only person who saw this.

This one hit home. My country is beautiful. If you ever come back I would love to meet you man. Take you out on some internal tourism. So you can experience the native campesinos (country people) and local diet. Would be an honor. Blessings your way. Keep up what your doing. Love it.

Did I miss the fish catching part or was that done in the supermarket?
It would be great if you could pick up your garbage, especially the plastic packaging, and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way.

Adobe is a spice mix like curry and it varies from place to place. Typically Adobe for me is tumeric, salt, fresh garlic, oregano and black pepper for white meat and fish. For red meats and pork, you add cumin.

Those tostones (fried plantains) look really good. I usually use plantains with a darker skin to make them and I serve them with garlic butter. That snapper looks phenomenal!
