Travel to Belize to compete in the Grand Caribe Fishing Tournament! I was joined by my friend Demi Bagby, who fished on her own on the first day of the tournament. I met her at the dock after her first day, and we saw frigates circling the filet table, so I had to feed them. The next day Demi and I went offshore to fish the second day of the tournament, and we began by trolling. We caught a couple of mahi, barracudas, and jacks before ending the day drift fishing. I dropped down a jig a hooked kingfish immediately! This fish ended up being the largest kingfish caught in the tournament. The following day we went to the awards ceremony and completed our fantastic trip to Belize!
