On this episode of BlacktipH, we find out if sharks eat steak - with Carter Sharer and Lizzy Capri! Everyone began the day casting out live baits and catching bonitos. As the day went on, many sharks started swimming up to our boat. Josh decided to put a NY strip steak on a giant hook to see if these sharks would eat it. Sure enough, they destroyed it! Josh handed the rod off to Carter then put another bait in the water to catch the enormous dusky shark hanging out with the sandbar sharks. In an instant, the next bait was eaten, and Lizzy was hooked onto a 10 foot + pelagic dusky shark! They eventually reeled their fish to the boat and released it safely. The rest of the day consisted of more sharks and bonitos- but I guess we know now- sharks DO eat steak!
