Hey Brandon. Keep building the prey population before introducing another predator. A good exemple is to watch a feeding in the Googan tank, as i know you and Tristan did. Gary and the other predators crush a hundred minnows in no time. Imagine that on the scale of the pond. In africa look at the percentage of all antilope species to lions and hyenas. I dont do numbers but a quick look at the web says about 100 to one at minimum. usually way way more. All the best.

Pond hopping stocking is the worst way to stock a pond. No control over genetics and different waters carry different parasites. Adding another predator like a gar when your fishery is lacking in prey fish is also gonna be a short term fun fishery with a long term stunted pond. Read any article by a pond/ lake manager.

Is that even legal? Where I live you get caught stocking a your pond with fish caught from other waters is illegal. Any game fish can not be keep alive unless it's a tournament and returned to same waters

Bream are all you need for bass to forage on. They are like welfare recipients. You gotta keep them under control or they will take over. Adding shiners hurts more than it helps. Just bream and bass.

you should get OTS diving goggles with those you can communicate underwater with yappy and jabocsen underwater and your with fillet friend on the boat as well when ur diving
