Saw u messing w/ the anchor a few times so thought u might get a kick outta this one =
My dad lost 3 anchors by not securing the rope to the boat.
2 Galveston Bay, Texas +++ 1 off of Grand Isle, Louisiana where Lafitte hung out! I was able 2 retrieve 2 by going in after them not too deep salt water.
HILARIOUS.
Remember 4 ever!
I had to finally take over anchor DUTY Permanently!

DARCY, and friend, please check out Len and Betty Hartman, I think you and Betty have So much in common. The IGFA was not entirely kind to her. look up the book Before I Forget. You will be amazed. look at the pound test she set RECORDS with. That's big records. There may be someone you know just like her. I have to do this on my phone. With those conditions try using a mojo rig. Basically a Texas rigged plastic I like a small worm with a cylinder type weight pegged 8-10 above your hook. 20# braid, 12# floro leader. Work it faster than you think at first slowing down until you get bit and repeat.
