OK, you really impress me. When you caught that Jack your arms and the rod bend were showing how much force was on the line but what really impressed me the most was the calculation of the force against your abdomen by the butt of the rod. Even though you had a bumper on that thing your muscles must be like, rock hard, to take that stress. I used to tutor physics and engineering so calculating forces, never mind.

that was an awesome bull snapper! I have never seen one that big before. I love red snapper to eat they are good. I have been to N. O. but not any farther south than that. I love their shrimp there too. great video. that horn is a bit annoying for you wasn't it?

I have seen bigger red snapper off Jacksonville scuba diving but there was no season for them so I could not shoot any. I was in a huge school of them once. It was pretty cool. I bet those were great to eat.

Brought back memories, I worked offshore on the rigs in the 80s as a commercial diver. We would also fish them after our shift was over, love red snapper
