In this catch, clean and cook video we go deep sea fishing in Florida. We are bottom fishing, anchored up on a local reef. We caught giant mutton snapper and yellowtail snapper for dinner. Tutorial on how to fillet snapper and how to clean snapper! We head inside the house and cook fish using a delicious coconut crusted fish with key lime sauce fish recipe for dinner! A meal fit for kings!

Ok, caught a 23 slot Red in SC the other day used your coconut recipe and it was amazing! Puddin was right, the coconut does burn easy. The solution, thin fillet. Our fat Red was too thick so we cooked some other fish on the second day and made sure it was less 1/2 inch thick and no burn. By the way, we used an organic virgin cold-pressed coconut oil instead and all I can say is OMG! Ya'll need to try it with coconut oil. The coconut batter is so amazing that we used the leftover batter to deep fry coconut balls LOL. You guys rock keep it up!

Love the Video, love the Species in Florida. Looks like a great quick receipe, and I know Puddin has already sorted out the Cast Iron Frying Pan, its the only way to cook!
Keep up the great work. Hope to see you in Vegas at end of January

That was a very nice food presentation chef, I bet a little pineapple juice would have went good in that sauce. Great day of fishing too! Hat looks awsome, you guys make a Great team!
Brian where was the Landshark with dinner?

You guys gotta try the coating called shore lunch. I watch flair on here all the time and he uses it and I've tried it myself its fully seasoned breading for frying fish! It's so good!

You are a googin. That is used for frying breakfast sausage. Get a giant iron skillet and cook on a propane burner outside.
Love the hat.

The hat is awesome! It adds a little something. What that something is, is yet to be determined. JK! Keep it up! You guys are great!

Why are you on the interior sea when you should be on the exterior ocean? And make sure you crab every Thursday not on Wednesday.
