great video Darci and Brian, would love to do some Peacock Bass fishing some day, those things are awesome. Question, I'm assuming they are eatable if you wanted to, and if so, do they taste like regular largemouth bass do? They are almost too pretty to eat though, I would prob catch-n-release on all so they'd grow and I could catch them again another day. ;-)

I have been watching your shows very carefully and this is what I have noticed. Human scent could be repelling your fish, even worse when I notice you were contaminating your lures with suntan lotion. You might try dipping or spraying your lures in stinky sent before casting. Hope this helps. Enjoy the show. Always waiting for the next one.

Love the videos! Very much in the spirit of why I have been taking my little one out since she has been old enough to hold a cane pole. She is always excited to go. Her preferred gear is 6 lb. Trilene on a Barbie rod rigged with a Minion bobber and a worm on the hook.

Not necessarily this video but I know in the past you all will wear the face covers. Fishing over here in Tampa, I'm worried about them being hot and having your warm breath right on your face. Are they worth it or do they breath enough.

When those bass are not biting, use small baits and lighter tackle. 1/16 down to 1/32 oz lead head jig, four pound line. Small, small smaller. .

You both obviously know how to fish. The biggest thing I always do is check the local fishing reports. If you don't already do.

Do folks eat the peacock bass or bass in general? Another great adventure thanks again for your hard work. Bob over and out.
