Recipe for puddin! Place equal parts of grouper, snapper or any quality fish and cauliflower in a glass baking dish. make 2cups of cheese sauce, using sharp cheddar. pour over fish mixture. toss Ritz cracker crumbs in butter, then top the fish cauliflower, cheese sauce with the cracker mixture. Bake 30 min at 350. Hope you find it delicious as I did!
