In this Florida fishing Redfish Catch Clean Cook video, we go inshore fishing in Stuart, Florida on our flats boat. Started the day dock fishing with live bait for snook. By surprise catch, I managed to catch a beautiful slot redfish out from under the docks! I also caught the biggest bonnethead shark in my life! In this redfish catch and cook, I show you how to fillet a redfish. I show you how to clean a fish throat. We cook fish using a healthy fish recipes, Puddin pan seared fish topped with a corn, avocado, lime basil relish. Easy fish recipe and so DELICIOUS! A must try with any mild fish fillets!

Darcy, you and Brian are so lucky and blessed to have such a great life together. Yunz have such fun. Does my language tell you where I'm from? Have you ever been up north? Do either of you have a day job? I don't know how you afford everything? Sorry, none of my business. Stay happy and love you!

That's some impressive trolling motor control and video at the same time. Thanks for sharing the Red fish throat. Almost embarrassed to say, I've never heard of that. Looks like a nice chunk of meat that I'm guessing gets thrown away more often than you would think.

I finally found someone more animated than me. I love it when you get excited about hooking into these slabs. Great job. Keep videos coming. That was a huge bonnet head. Havent seen that one that big in a long time.

So true Darci my dad has his own vegetable and fruit freshly growing in his vegetable garden and we go out fishing and cooking fresh fish for years. Probably about 55 years this has been happening. Good on ya.

Done when it's white & flaky huh? How about when it's black? (Hint: I think that's when the 3Cs come out to play - Crusty, Crumbly Charcoal)
