Deep sea fishing out of Stuart, Florida on our boat, first time in awhile and it felt so good to be offshore fishing! It was tough fishing in the morning but we managed to load the boat with mutton snappers. I show you how to fillet a snapper and then we cook it outside on the backyard campfire, so delicious

I am headed to my beach house on the Gulf on Saturday. Western Colorado has been cold since Christmas with ice on the roads and frozen lakes above 8000 feet. Trading ice fishing for pier fishing for sheepshead and snapper. By the way, 65 degrees isn't cold in my world

Love you Brian not criticizing just saying at 10 minutes. that fires not ready you should have some oxygen under the coals. The charcoal should be just about all white when you start to cook so all the oils and fuels are burned off

Do you not have concerns about what chemicals might be added to those Charcoal Briquets? I suspect straight up Hardwood (if you can get it in FLA) would be healthier, and enhance the flavor, ie Mesquite, etc

Guess it wasn't bikini weather. I've done scuba off Hatteras in December when it was snowing at the surface and 75 degrees at 100'. Wanted to stay down forever. Nice muttons.

Love the pants Darcizzle. Brian buddy. Get a fire starter chimney and quit using that lighter fluid. That stuff is nasty. Keep up the good work guys.

That grudens jacket is dope thats the one i'm tryna get I got the bibs but with that when its not to cold is perfect vs wearing hoodie or carhartt

You need lump charcoal and never use lighter fluid. get a few paper towels with olive oil on it to start the fire. I cringe when I see the fluid

Great video Darcy and Puddin. I said hi at the ramp yesterday. Guy with a GoPro on his head. I hope the boat is okay. Tight lines
