If you bake your bacon at 350 and turn it after about 10 minutes and bake it until the top gets foamy it is fantastic. You can still save your grease and your bacon won't curl up or shrink as badly either! If you want extra crispy bacon flour each strip and then bake it. AWESOME!

Great video what charter do you use when your staying down in Plantation? A few of us are thinking about going there to do some spearfishing just as break from doing here on the East coast. Oh and BTW I'm English so Grits yuck!

Your live bait knot was genius. I have never thought of that! Also, I love fish and grits. It's so good! You should try puting blackened fish on the grits, and then lobster sauce on top of all of it ---

That snell knot is wrong Gabe. You should have ran the tag end through the hook eye first, then proceed with tying the knot. Not trying to be the knot police, but that was wrong bro! I enjoy your videos!
