The car probably floated down the canal if there were no tire tracks where it was found a car doesn't immediately sink not unless the windows are down at the windows are up it'll float for a while even if they're down it'll float for a few minutes probably long enough for it to float down river downstream

someone sank it on purpose. All windows down. Find the owner and see how much insurance was collected. It has something to do with money or murder. Or both. Just because the body is not in the car doesn't mean there was no murder. There is a story behind it for sure.

Pet fishing Glad there was nobody in the car but now against the police something to down there hopefully no body is dead or they find and take care of all responsible parties that's all that matters when enjoy your trip
