A MOUTHFUL of RAZOR BLADES! (-Barracuda- Catch Clean & Cook) Livin': I live here in Long island in the Bahamas and everytime me and dad or the whole family has a day out on the boat he HAS to catch at least one -barry- (that's the nickname the locals gave the fish. Sometimes he'll even hook 2 and if they get off, he gets super frustrated -. My favorite time seeing the fish is when its on my plate in all its glory -i hate the taste of the skin-

If you were looking to skin the fish if you stop at the tail leave the tail and skin attached to the end of the fish then flip the fillet back you can use the tail end to hold the skin and run the knife right down the meat and skin and bam skinless fillet.

Parenting at its finest. Teaching your children to catch their food, prepare it, and eat it. Teaching them to respect nature, and to eat what they harvest as God intended. Great job! Chaplain Steve from Michigan here.
