ive done that snorkeling before with a rod and jig i found during the trip. though those bass are used to snorkelers under turning rocks and stiring up food

jay now you have to hand feed bass or try catching them with ur hands hand feeding them is not that hard but hand catching them is almost impossible

I knew a guy years ago in Sioux Lookout who fished for bass under water using a snorkel. Quite effective for sight fishing!
