I gotta tell you I hate to eat fish but will catch fillet and and cook them fir my whole family and friends any day and Im good with it but you made that trout look so damn good makes me want to force myself to eat it thats so good looking

Quick tip: dont over crowded your pan. It lowers the oil temp making the fish less crispy. Do it in batches to make perfect, crispy fish!
