I've noticed that crappie will sometimes really stack up when they see a lure or minnow. I was out yesterday and sometimes I could see 4 crappies stacked up under my bait with only a 15 degree sonar cone angle. Especially, if it's a live minner. They wouldn't take spikes or dragonflies, just minnows. Thanks for another great crappie video jay!

Fly-ins are fun. Don't see many (if any at all) of those here in Wisconsin! Love that you have lakes completely to yourself up there! Where I fish it's nothing to have 200+ people on the ice with separation of no more than 10 feet from one another while fishing for panfish.

Ive always wanted to get into tugby lake in the North whiteshell the province stocked it with 40, 000 brook trout in the 80 and its impossible to get to without a sled or plane and Id Love to see you fish a monster out of it jay

Had a pilot of a similar, small, single-engine aircraft buzz us once, land, and taxi over near us. He opens the door, steps out, and asks us How thick is the ice? I said Shouldnt you know before you touch down?

I rely on venison and fish I catch for food throughout the year, so if I can catch a limit I'm keepin it catch and release is for people with a freezer full of beef
