Im in northern Ontario Canada never caught them threw the ice but got a spring spot this year average was 17 to 18 inches awesome video and great catching my phone is 20 and a quarter luv fishing them a blast for sure

I have two giant white bass in my freezer. one from this summer, one from a couple weekends ago (we were perch fishing. What's the recommended prep on these? Smoker? Fryer? Blackened for tacos?
