The Delta is super tough when it gets cold. I've been fishing it just about my entire life. lol. My PB out of there is 9 1/2 lbs on a tungsten and glass Missile baits D bomb. The last TOC i fished out there was last december and we took 1st with just under 6 lbs. lmao.

U should try going more west near Santa Rosa where u will find lake Sonoma, clear lake, lake berryesa, spring lake(good for trout) and even the Russian river for smallies. U should also try the mccloud river just a couple hours past Sacramento.

The one loop hole for renting a car under 25 is. you rent a Uhaul pick up truck. This is what we used to do in Senior year of HS for the guys that were here from another country.
