I work with pipe glue all the time. Next time hold the can upside down tap the screw cap on the sides flip it back upright and it will open right up. Also don't sniff that S it will give you a buzz, but can also be very harmful to your health.

In our harbor where I m at they have a place that sells live sardine/ anchovie and how they have it is it s that idea but with a rope basket and it s built into the dock so they open it up and scoop em off to the boats

If you guys want to catch more bluegill easier than use smaller bobbers it has less pressure on the bluegill when they bite and you can tell when the fish has the bait but it might be a little harder to cast
