Basically you have hypomobility in your gleno-humeral joint. Work on stability exercises with bands for the entire ROM of the gleno-humeral joint. Don't listen to doctors too much. they have to tell you never ever to cover their own ass. I have worked with plenty of professional sports athletes with the same shoulder condition.

Okay let me say this for one you never shot a car you shot Buffalo Period 2 you wasting all of that goodnight someone else could have skin toes and has something for dinner. Instead of letting me stay up on the bank and you kill them that is a waste. I'm disappointed with you about that.

I are you using a genesis bow? Those are really good I had one when I first started but now that Ive done it fo about 2yrs I got the AMS juice bow its really great for all users big tall short lanky long arms short arms you should really check it out if you get into it

I have Hypohidrotic Ectodermal-Dysplasia which is where I was born with sharp teeth and I never got adult teeth so when I turned 18 I had to get implants but I didnt have enough bone in my upper jaw so they had to do a bone graft and now I dont have any teeth for 8 months

Hey flair how do u find these ponds? Lol I live suburban KC and all I can find are larger and small lakes. Is there something you use to find these ponds or private ponds. If u find private ponds how do u get permission to go in and fish them by the owners?

Thats aweosome i was there that day fishing on the opposite side of the bank cat fishing and seen you walking back to your car but didnt realize it was you, i was watching hoping you caught us in camera but you dint show the whole walk back

One thing I love about watching your videos is the true excitement when you shot the fish, and were pulling them in. Your passion for fishing, and trying something new, even despite your shoulder like that, was really great to watch.

The bow fishing bow isn't going to be near as bad as the deer hunting bow. You don't need to pull 60, 70, or 80lbs to shoot fish so you're shoulder should hold up. Nice work and congrats on your first BF man Bow fishing is addicting

When you were looking at those bones, you were rubbing against wild parsley, which causes most people to break out in massive rashes when exposed to the sun. Luckily, it doesn't affect me, but hope ya didn't get a rash
