Hey Flair, with cast nets the price reflects the quality of the net. Compare the test pounds and the kind of line used to make the net. I know caause i asked BPS the same question. Hope that helped.

Thats nothing the first result for cast nets on eBay a total scam its a green cast not 12 ft for 300 dollars and they never show the full net only small parts and pieces lol

The price of cast nets went up after they stopped making them with lead weights. now they use like concrete filled plastic or something like that now for the weights.
