In New York State in naturally occurring lakes with man made marina, those areas can be considered private property so fishing in them can be considered trespassing. Not all water in NY is considered navigable even if you can pass a watercraft on it (see the DSR Douglas Salmon Run, a private and rented portion of the Salmon River that if trespassed on, well don't. Smaller private docks like the one shown in the video are from my understanding legal. On navigable waterways the public owns to the high water mark. There are only a couple states with rules like NY so though you will most generally be safe. This is just a tip really to say there is no substitute for knowing local and state laws.

Ok i have too say this and im not hating because i really enjoyed the video. But this is the same Flair that goes too the gun store and spends 700 bucks on guns just to make a video playing tic tac toe, but yet in this video doesnt just get a hotel for the nite. . This urban camping reminded me of the good ole Team Fitzgerald guys when their traveling on a hunting trip, only difference is you guys didnt cook your meals on the truck engine. And btw the Sponge Bob pants were banging. .

dude I can't believe how much stuff you got away with there. lol. if it was me i would have gotten kicked out of the parking lot for cooking, told to take my tent down and leave, and probably would have seen some cops and had to explain why I was cooking under the roof of a bank. awesome job man

I got yelled at the other day by some lady who told me It's a written law that you can not be within 100 feet of my dock. some people just dont really know what's going on. tempting to just jump in the water and walk by their dock because of the feet wet rule on waters being public

ive seen people bbqing and camping in a hotel parking lot, and it was next to multiple roadways so everyone can seen them and they were there the whole day. So i think its not illegal.
