Power Pro was the best. It simply isnt the case anymore. Daiwa J-braid last longer than Power Pro. But even then, I prefer neither. I personally like P-Line TCB X-braid. Mainly because its Teflon coated so there isnt as much drag from the river or ocean. In lakes, it wouldnt matter much because there isnt much drag. The Teflon coating makes a difference in casting and setting the hook because there isnt a tow from the wind or water. Its cuts through both.

Another reason why I use fluorocarbon over braid is the sensitivity over braid in slack line. You can argue and say this or that but the fact is that fluorocarbon has now sensitivity imo because it adds more depth and versatility. Great video either way. Power pro is my favorite braid. Been trying to get my dad to switch over to power pro for a long time but he's stuck on spider wire. I hate spider wire.

Power Pro 40lb moss green is my favorite. After tried other like SpiderWire, Daiwa, Chinese braids. I am glad I ordered 1500 meters of 40lb Power Pro when it was on sale. ( white Power Pro is bad. It doesn't have the wax impregnated, it's rigid, cuts into ceramic rings and get bird nest easily)

I like how you compare the braided line to trucks and cars lol. Well I just started fishing and so far I'm up to 61 fishes I caught with my optix 60 spinning reel along with my tsunami tuff Tipp boat spinning rod but if braided is better can I use this instead

Power pro usually is dark but when you use it for about a week it's gets very bright green, I guess kinda dry rotted looking, spider wire is about the same. That's why I use berkley braid. It's alot better 50lb

For the price to performance ratio the original is the best! Slick has issues if you don't know what you are doing and the Maxcuatro is awesome if you want to pay twice the price for little gain.

I'm headed to South Carolina in a couple weeks. I have 2 new reels a tsunami shield 8000 and a diawa bg 5000 that I just put close to 500 yards of 40 lb j braid on. We'll see how it works out!

My God people take marketing wayyyyy too seriously, the base power pro is the best of the 3 offered by power pro, the super slick has no sensitivity, the max quatro is over priced and frail

For the average life time of a reel, i can't see a problem with using DW40. Not the best but better than nothing.

This was the most conspicuous sales pitch Ive ever heard. I learned very little about braided line but I sure am familiar with power pros products now.
