for me I don't care what rod and reel he uses I can't afford any nice ones my self I buy used always have and run my kids non profit fishing group with used rods reels and tackle and been for over 10 years. I'm here to learn what lures how to use the lures and teach the kids help them catch bigger fish or just catch fish and have fun and smile. so if LFG wants to change up get his own line good for him we all want to make it big. he's not telling us what to fish with. even if you had his smart rods reels don't mean your ganna catch fish like him exsperance catches fish and learning how to. so everyone yea I like shamino also used for over 20 years but I fish with many spin reels don't fish many bait cast can't afford them. I prob could go buy me a few new and I will but for now I buy used and give them away. but y'all just go have fun fish with what fills right. you don't have to buy what others use. it would be nice but with the way people change up it's hard to follow others. so y'all have a great weekend and LFG you have fun keep teaching us how to and what lures to and when and I'll keep watching. your gonna make it far. god bless and fish on.

you ever tried using a left hand reel. it will help with the constant changing of hands. i grew up with left hand reels and im right handed. i know people that have been using right hand reels from the start and switched to left and it didnt take long to adjust, and they cant believe they have done it any different. just trying to give ya a tip so your not constantly bouncing a rod back and forth. also helps with aggressive fish that hit once the bait hits the water. the rod and reel are in the right place and you can instantly set the hook and reel.

There is a reason people use certain name brand tackle, it helps them catch more fish and be more successful fisherman. I understand all of our favorite youtube fisherman are converting to these cheaper KastKing/Favorite style rods and reels to make money, I don't blame them. I still like watching 1Rod1Reel best because he just fishes for the most part, with what he likes best.
Now on the other hand, one of these companies sends me a reel, I don't have a camera but would be glad to give an honest 100% thorough review.

Tell ya what guys, I am willing to be that if everyone passed the hat around and deposited enough money in it monthly, LakeForkGuy will fish with whatever brand you wanted him to! He has to do for himself too fellas, and if the folks that have clearly been represented in his videos are not going to help with some coin, how is he supposed to buy Winston a bone! :-)

From GLX's and NRX's to those shitty rods with blanks made out of compressed cardboard. If TT were to review one of these crappy favorite rods, i bet you it may be one of the lowest scoring rods they've ever reviewed. But its sure is a great way to ripoff clueless teenagers that are looking for a good cheap all-around rod.
