These people are called googans for a reason, they are dumb, they know nothing about boats/motors and thats why they get new ones every month, because they dont know how to care for them and use them properly. Get at 15 inch shaft not a 20, dont run your motor out of the water, learn the difference between a 4 stroke and a 2 stroke. It does not take a day to put on a motor, do your research, and buy the correct motor with a prop, and you can put it on in 10 minutes with drilling it on the transom and spray it with silicone (which he didnt do, wait a few hours and your ready to go.

You know you messed up the water pump impellor not being in the water when turning it over dry don't ya? Shortened it's life at the very Least! Never turn one over even one turn if not in the water 100% That should of been in the manual! But Nobody listen's!

I wouldn't have your gas tank next to the battery.
On a hot day the vapor from the fuel tank will fill the area up with fumes and if you have a lose battery terminal it will spark and BOOM!
