I hope you dont gone let your fish longtime in the fridge in this bowl longtime because they gone dry really fast if they are not in a sealed bag I do this one time and never I gone do this again lol

Hi there! The next time and it will be a next time. try scaling ur fish in a 5 gallon bucket of water, absolutely no scales every where jus in the bottom of the bucket, and use a spoon it scales better!

Don't know if you ever tried scaling shells and bluegills with high pressure water hose, but let me tell you bud, its lot quicker, just turn head away from you and spray, yeah, you're done! Alabama

A lot of people say the fins are the best part! Also, if you fillet them no need to take the skin off. Just descale it, then fillet it leaving the skin on and dry it that way

There might have been caught deep brought up too fast and need to be burped. if you don't burp them they cant swim back down and will just float up and eventually die

Justin, dont use olive oil it goes rancid. Use mineral oil. Mineral oil is food safe and what you use on cutting boards.
